Every morning, I have trouble opening the device. Even in the summer, I have to take out the brewing unit, rinse it with hot water, and put it back in before I can turn it on.

You can also buy coffee syrups to make even better coffees. There's a cup warming chamber, but it might not work in cold weather. I make coffee by heating it with boiling water. I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone who wants to buy one.
